How you’ll contribute to our success

1. Translate business needs into technical designs: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into architectures, data models and solution designs for Data & AI platforms.
2. Engineer data & AI solutions: Design and implement data platforms, data pipelines, integrations, analytics solutions and AI/ML models, ensuring robustness, scalability, performance and security.
3. Industrialise analytics & AI: Move solutions from proof of concept to production, set up monitoring, testing and deployment practices, and embed data quality and governance in the delivery.
4. Guide technical delivery: Provide technical leadership to project teams, review designs and code, and coach junior engineers on best practices in data engineering and AI
5. Learn, innovate & share: Explore emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, data mesh and the modern data stack, contribute to reusable assets, and share knowledge to grow the team’s capabilities.
   
   

Your skills 

Must-have
•    Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
•    4-6 years of experience in data-related roles (data engineering, analytics, BI, data science, data governance, AI project delivery, or data strategy consulting).
•    Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
•    Strong collaboration skills and structured communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in how data and AI can create business value.
•    Ability to create compelling presentations and tell stories with data for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have
•    Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one language used in data (Python, Scala, R…).
•    Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations or data models.
•    Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stack tools.
•    Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or data orchestration/transformation tools (dbt, Airflow…).
•    Experience designing, developing or deploying AI/ML solutions in a production or pilot environment.
•    Familiarity with the AI lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI use cases.
•    Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics projects.
•    Relevant certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP, DAMA, TOGAF…).
