As Deloitte Audit is part of a Global network and delivers regulated services, our auditors need to follow a compulsory and consistent training plan throughout the year in order to remain up-to-date on regulations and best audit practices.

In order to accompany the development of our Learning program we are currently looking for Audit Learning Manager, who are industry specialists (Alternatives /Banks & PSF /Insurance/ Commercial or Industrial companies) with previous financial audit background (m/f).
Your next challenge:
- In close coordination with Industry Leaders, identify new training needs and develop related content
- Perform regulatory watch (CSSF /IRE /CNC /etc)
- Work closely with design team on design of new learnings
- Facilitate internal trainings
Your skills:
- Have at least 4 years’ experience in external Audit
- Are a specialist in one of the following industry (Alternatives /Banks & PSF /Insurance/ Commercial or Industrial companies)
- Have a thorough knowledge of the International Standards on Auditing as adopted by the CSSF
- Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills, as well as ability to work in an autonomous way and with pro-activity
- Have quality as an undisputed work priority
- Develop your competencies with a tailor-made training plan
- Work with recognized experts and be part of a dynamic and motivated team delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients
