(Senior) Consultant - Corporate Finance Advisory (German speaking)

Our Corporate Finance Advisory team is a team of generalists advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and valuation and modelling. We provide quality services to prestigious Luxembourg and international clients across a number of industries. Our team regroups over 30+ specialists with diverse backgrounds and nationalities. We are part of a global network of over 19,000 practitioners with the reach, knowledge and service capabilities to help clients capitalize on opportunities and navigate times of economic uncertainty and disruptive events.

What will you do:

• As the person responsible for developing and analyzing financial models for mergers and acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence, performing business valuations, and overseeing other financial advisory projects
• Creating presentations and reports of findings for ongoing engagements and developing marketing materials for prospective clients
• Interacting daily with the client’s project teams and overseeing the analysts working on your engagements
• Participating in the assessment of deals’ feasibility and in the delivery of clear and actionable strategic and financial recommendations

What about you:

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, finance or another quantitative subject
• 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance
• Work experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as result-oriented attitude
• Excellent work ethic and drive
• Eagerness to work in a client-focused and high quality-driven environment
• English and German speaker at a business level
