Join our Corporate Finance Advisory Team, a diverse group of multi-talented experts proactive in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and valuation modelling. We cater to an esteemed clientele in Luxembourg and across various global industries. Our inclusive team comprises over 50 specialists from diverse backgrounds and nationalities

Your skills
Must have
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting (minor in Corporate Finance preferred), Business Administration or Financial Engineering
- Passionate about critical thinking
- Adept at prioritising tasks and delivering quality results under pressure (in a work-life balance / flexible working environment)
- Strong collaborator with a proven track record (even academically) of contributing positively to team dynamics
- Business fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Prior internship experience in valuation, M&A or due-diligence within sizable banks, private equity or family offices
- Experience applying critical thinking in academic, professional or personal projects
- Exposure to fast-paced or transaction-driven environments
- Experience working in multicultural or cross-functional teams
- Additional language skills beyond English
