Your future team

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our GenAI Innovation Team. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects that leverage large language models, AI agents, and automation to transform how our people work, learn, and collaborate.

From internal assistants and copilots to AI-driven productivity tools, you’ll help design and build solutions that put generative AI into the hands of users across the organization. Guided by experienced engineers and project managers, you’ll be involved in end-to-end development activities and exposed to real-world GenAI use cases from day one.

You’ll join a dynamic team where experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning are part of the culture. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in modern software engineering while working at the forefront of applied AI.

Your advantages of joining us

  • Career Growth, Your Way
Start your journey in a team that invests in your development: access to structured training on GenAI, hands-on mentoring, and clear growth paths from junior developer to more advanced technical roles.
  • Impactful AI, Real Users
Build solutions that are actually used by colleagues across the firm. Your work will help streamline daily tasks, improve knowledge access, and enable new ways of working powered by AI.
  • Innovative, Supportive Culture
Join a culture where experimentation is encouraged, new ideas are welcome, and you’re supported in exploring emerging technologies and frameworks.
  • Build Your Network
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders, expanding your technical and professional network within an international environment.

How you’ll contribute to our success

  1. Develop GenAI-powered applications using modern technologies (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, .NET, Node.js) and integrate them with large language models and AI APIs.
  2. Implement features for AI assistants and copilots, such as conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and smart integrations with internal tools and platforms.
  3. Contribute to end-to-end solutions, from backend services and APIs to frontend components, focusing on performance, usability, and security.
  4. Support integration with cloud and data platforms, helping connect AI services to internal data sources in a safe and compliant way.
  5. Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and code reviews, while collaborating closely with senior developers and product owners.
  6. Help improve existing GenAI solutions, troubleshooting issues, refining prompts, optimizing models, and incorporating user feedback.
  7. Stay up to date with the GenAI ecosystem, researching new tools, frameworks, and best practices and sharing insights with the team.
