Regulatory Watch
- Support clients with regulatory scanning, identifying new challenges and assessing their impact on business models and activities.
- Summarise the impacts of regulations on banks, asset managers and insurers in clear, actionable terms.
- Contribute to internal projects to enhance the team’s processes and tools, maintain the firm’s regulatory literacy, and develop communication materials.
Financial Risk Management (FRM)
- Support independent review, modelling and validation of financial risk models (e.g. credit, market, liquidity) and related risk management processes.
- Develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the report writing, analysis and presentation of results to clients.
- Review technical materials and be in charge of direct collaboration with clients on financial risk and modelling topics.
- Contribute to internal projects to improve methodologies, tools and practices used in quantitative risk management.
Your skills
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Law and/or Management with a focus on Banking, Finance, Compliance or Risk Management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in the financial industry (banks, investment management, insurance) with hands-on work on prudential regulatory topics (e.g., Basel framework, CRD, CDD, BRRD, Banking package).
- Proficiency in French and/or German in addition to English.
- Strong analytical skills, pragmatic mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in fluent business English.
- Previous experience in prudential mechanisms, compliance risk management, financial risk management, prudential mechanisms, or regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments or complex regulatory projects.
- Interest in EU and Luxembourg regulations and motivation to keep up to date with new rules and trends.
