Your contribution to our success

Perform independent valuations of businesses and tangible/intangible assets for M&A, litigation, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory.
Build and review financial models, assessing underlying assumptions and data, and provide valuation/modelling advice while leading day-to-day delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for the team and clients in the preparation and execution of valuation and modelling engagements.
Prepare presentations and reports, develop marketing materials, identify new business opportunities, and support key proposals.
Research valuation methodologies, contribute to practice growth, deliver training, and coach and mentor team members.

Your skills

Must have :

Master degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, economics.
5 or more years of valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting, professional services firm or a bank. Those with over 7 years of direct experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position.
Strong knowledge of company valuation methodologies and experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario models.
Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.

Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.
