Your future team:
The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our management and Audit teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge:
- Monitor our key client’s’ deadlines and proactively, with the manager, follow and administrating the organisation of the audit file.
This goes from the planning stage to the archiving, in order to ensure that our audit teams work according to the appropriate timeframe/defined strategy
- Be one of these key contact person for our clients and ensuring that all relevant information is collected from the clients or given to them
- Provide appropriate support to the designated teams and promoting events that will enhance the team’s culture and well being.
Your skills:
- First relevant professional experience as Team Assistant or equivalent role considered as an asset
- Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
- Have the capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative
- Have a strong team spirit
- Have the capacity to challenge existing situations and being source for new ideas
- Have strong IT proficiency- especially in Excel
- Are fluent in English
