Administrative Assistant for our Restructuring departments (m/f/d)

Your future team
Our Restructuring team works hand in hand to provide wind down services (mainly for solvent liquidations), insolvency advice and other type of restructuring services to underperforming and financially distressed businesses, their lenders, stakeholders and advisors.
You will have exposure to a wide range of assets to deal with: private equity, real estate, listed securities and others. You will provide support for the management of the liquidation process from A to Z up to the realisation of the portfolio assets and closure of the liquidation.

We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant whose main mission will be to provide administrative support to our Restructuring team.
Your next challenge
- Be involved in a number of client assignments, you will manage all administrative matters related to these follow-up during the entire liquidation process;
- Assist the team and service providers in preparing and reviewing service proposals, client acceptance process, different types of instructions, declarations and other contractual documents;
- Provide support to the team in terms of planning organization and administration;
- Be the key contact person for your team and ensuring that all relevant information is collected from the clients/service providers;
- Daily maintenance of clients’ administrative, dealing with service providers’ mails, invoice payment approvals and correspondence;
- Assisting experienced team members and service providers in the management of entities in liquidation;
- Supporting the team in the coordination of the whole liquidation process.
Your skills
- Bachelor degree in administrative support or secretarial field;
- Relevant experience in professional services would be considered as an asset;
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded and attention to detail;
- Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with the team;
- Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders;
- Organisation and rigor, ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks;
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well as being autonomous with a sense of initiative;
- Fluency in French and English, any other European language being an asset.
