Alternatives Consultant/Senior Consultant in Business and Digital Transformation

What you will do :

As Business and Digital Transformation Consultant, you contribute pragmatically to co-design and implement our clients’ strategies or the new ways of working. In this position, you will act in various roles according to your experience and area of growth. You will be involved in a variety of projects related to target operating model and technology review, gap analysis and impact assessment, process efficiency review, digital transformation roadmap, project management, technology selection and software implementation which includes the following activities :  

• Develop expertise in PE and RE industry to advise clients and develop eminence within Deloitte

• Build relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities in the Private Equity / Real Estate sectors

• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements

• Design deliverable content to precisely address clients' needs and start coordinating work streams and team members

• Support on the design of the  enterprise architecture and technology solutions, and tune technology environments for optimal performance

• Support client teams in their strategic and technology transformation journey: AS-IS documentation, new TOM definition, document business requirements, conduct gap analysis between business requirements and software and write functional designs, conduct user acceptance by defining and implementing the testing strategy and lead data migration

• Coordinate a team of junior consultants to deliver the utmost quality and reach the expected standards

You will ultimately contribute to large-scale transformation programs and be part of our fast-growing team to be up for success and growth.

Who you are

• Hold a Master's degree level in any educational background, a degree in Engineering or Management or IT with a specialization in Finance are an asset

• From 2 to 5 years of experience in the PERE industries (e.g. Management Company, AIFM, Fund Administrators, Depositaries, etc.) and having been exposed to technology transformation

• Or from 2 to 5 years of experience in in digital consulting and demonstrate proven experience in business transformation that leverage technology (e.g. PMO, BA, Testing)

• Excellent communication, presentation and storylining skills in English and French or German. Other languages can be a strong asset

• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to address issues and solve problems
