Our Strategy advisory team is a key player in the Luxembourg market, recognized at the EMEA level.  We provide clients with advice on their strategy, operations, processes and systems. We deliver end-to-end solutions including the review of market positioning, business strategy, processes and controls, implementation of governance framework and efficiency optimization programs including the implementation of software packages for the Alternative Investment industries.

Deloitte is a key market player in the Alternative Investment industries with a client portfolio comprising a number of the leading global fund managers.

What you will do

• Participating in client engagement projects within the Alternatives Investment Management domain.
• Crafting tailored deliverables to accurately meet client requirements, while smoothly managing work streams and team collaboration.
• Developing expertise in the Alternatives Investment Management industry to advise clients and develop eminence within Deloitte
• Optimizing the client's performance via new organization, processes, controls and technology transformation advisory
• Improving client performance by advising on organizational changes, refining processes, strengthening controls, and transforming technology.
• Assist guiding a team of junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet expected standards.
• Building relationships with clients and support developing new business opportunities

Who you are

• A Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
• From 2 to 5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Investment Management, or Wealth Management). Experience in Alternatives Investment Management would be a plus, as well as consulting for these industries.
• Knowledge of Alternatives Investment Management operations and/or regulatory framework and the different roles of the actors in the value chain.
• Proven experience in business or digital transformation (e.g. PMO, BA, Testing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French or German; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to address issues and solve problems
• Proficient in Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
