Our Quality & Excellence team is responsible for running Deloitte Luxembourg's Voice of Clients program, which monitors client experience and satisfaction across service lines (Audit, Tax and Consulting) and supports decision-making at Firm Leadership level. We collaborate with many Deloitte Partners and multiple departments (Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Human Resources, etc.) and promote the Firm’s quality culture through internal communications. Our team motto is “Never boring”, and we are currently looking for a Junior member to strengthen our dynamic team.
Note: The recruitment process includes a half-hour online test, a one-hour analysis report (no specific preparation needed) and a one-hour interview.

What will you do
This position offers a variety of assignments:
- Supporting the firm’s Voice of Clients program: research client data, analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, strengths and potential areas of improvements, and deliver insight-driven reports for leadership.
- Participating in the Pan-European bid debrief program: analyse data, extract patterns and report emerging trends.
- Contributing to internal communication efforts: write short articles, produce AI-avatar-based video content, design infographics, and assist in event planning.
- Monitoring program progress: track KPIs, maintain dashboards and ensure transparency with overview files.
- Fostering innovation: assist with leading practices, trustworthy AI use and continuous improvements to our processes and deliverables, including the preparation of international best practice exchanges.
What about you
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field.
- You have prior experience in a demanding professional environment or a large organization.
- You have strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and outstanding attention to detail.
- You are able to build trust-based business relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and common AI tools. Knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset.
- You are fluent (C1, C2, native level) in both French and English – mandatory requirement. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.
