As part of the Risk Advisory practice, the professionals in our Regulatory Compliance Advisory team (RCAS) are recognised as experts in the market place and within the Deloitte global network, offering a full range of regulatory and compliance advisory services that enable our clients to improve the quality and efficiency of their processes while ensuring full compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.

 

Your next challenge

 

As part of the RCAS  team dedicated to Investment Management, Private Equity & Real Estate (IM-PERE) industries, you help our prestigious clients (Investment Fund Managers  e.g. Chapter 15 and 16, AIFM, Specialised PSF, underlying property managers, large investment fund administrators) respecting their regulatory obligations:

 

  • You contribute to the execution of a wide range of Regulatory Compliance advisory mandates with the support of your Manager and experienced team members: No two assignments are the same !
    • Assist in the preparation of CSSF licence(s) application files to operate in Luxembourg;
    • Contribute to the identification of regulatory compliance risk, gaps and deficiencies and propose mitigating actions;
    • Participate to the preparation of clients for regulatory inspection and to the design and implementation of remediation plans;
    • Contribute to the elaboration of Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP);
    • Provide ad hoc support to regulatory compliance functions;
    • Assist to the performance of due diligences on behalf of clients;
    • Participate in review and assist in the implementation of strong governance frameworks;
    • Support Internal Audit engagements on Regulatory Compliance maters; and
    • Contribute to the provision of bespoke advice on governance and regulatory matters.
  • You contribute to building a strong team and client relationships; 

 

 

Your skills

 

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, civil engineering or from a business school;
  • A first experience or an internship within the Investment Management or Private Equity/Real Estate industry is an advantage;
  • A first experience or an internship in a Compliance, Risk Management, Internal audit or Advisory role is an advantage;
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and challenges;
  • With a proactive and dynamic attitude, you pay attention to detail and have a client-oriented approach;
  • Capacity to think critically and understand complex processes
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong team and client relationships; 
  • Fluent in English and a second language (French or German). Additional languages considered an asset.
