Our EU consulting practice team has a strong reputation and track record in advising European financial institutions. We address our clients' most complex business challenges and support them with their business strategy, operating model re-organization, process improvement and digitalization.
You will be part of a team that actively contributes to the EU Institutions by supporting them to face their business strategy and operational challenges, helping them to find solutions and implementing new ways of working, supporting them to achieve their objectives.
We work with renowned professionals and subject matter experts and we have a global geographic outreach.
Your next challenge
- You will take part on the delivery of projects involving the design and implementation of solutions to solve complex business issues related to different business domains according to the client’s need (e.g., business strategy, operational issues, organizational challenges, processes’ digitalization, and definition of target operating models)
- You will perform analysis of our EU clients’ business issues with the objective identify improvement opportunities and find solutions that fit their business’ needs and objectives
- You will support the translation of organizational and operational analysis into business requirements
- You will prepare analysis, reports, and presentations to display our conclusions to clients and facilitate discussions
- You will engage with clients’ stakeholders to collect input and build a trust-based relationship
Your skills
- You are excited about the work EU financial institutions carry out
- You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, economics, law, political science, engineering economy or any related discipline
- You have previous experience (internship / work) with European and Financial International institutions
- You have relevant professional experience in banking, finance or consulting
- You have fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English. French and other European languages are considered as an asset
- You are interested in acquiring experience with project management, change management and stakeholder management activities
- You are a solutions-oriented person with good analytical skills and a pragmatic mindset
- You have good organization and planning skills, with a collaborative and team-player attitude
- You can act calm and constructive when faced with complex challenges
