Analyst in Transaction Regulatory Reporting for Deloitte Solutions

The world of Banking and Capital Market industry is changing. Deloitte Solutions, the supervised entity and ARM of Deloitte Luxembourg, supports its clients in navigating these changes by providing innovative and efficient outsourced solutions.
What will you do:
- Play a key role in helping financial institutions meet their compliance obligations (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR).
- Gaining knowledge in fields such as Client Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS, EMIR/MiFIR, Withholding Tax Services, KYC/AML.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure that clients remain compliant with ever-evolving regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of Transactional reporting, including EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support and manage the operational relationship with our customers, as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the reporting process.
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer issues and detect patterns to problems.
- Contribute to the implementation of new projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Participate in client/internal trainings and awareness sessions, helping financial institutions understand their reporting obligations and best practices.
- Engaging in continuous learning through formal training sessions, mentorship from experienced consultants, and exposure to real-world national and international projects.

- Enthusiasm to learn an understanding of various financial data asset classes about financial markets, data, and technical solutions around Deloitte Solutions products and services.
- Have proficiency skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical, investigative, and solution-driven mindset.
- Possess a basic understanding of Transactional Reporting regulations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge in financial derivative is a plus.
- Fluent in English. French and/or German is an asset.
Customer orientation with communication and presentation skills in oral and written English. French or other languages is an advantage.
