What you will do :

 

  • Develop data analytics model for descriptive and predictive analytics
  • Work with clients to support the development of data management, data visualization and data analytics strategies
  • Be curious, research and explore new techniques in generative AI,
  • Design and implementation of data solutions
  • Design and build scalable pipelines for data collection, pre-processing, training, and evaluation of AI models.
  • Use advanced statistical methods including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and quantitative analytics to create reusable assets, solutions and developing best practices for current and future business problems
  • Define and create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audience
  • Conduct experiments and fine-tune models to optimize performance, addressing challenges such as stability, transparency, diversity, and generalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into deliverables.

What about you :

 

  • A master's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or Computer
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in AI, data science, data analytics, data management or data engineering
  • Proactive and dynamic attitude, you pay attention to detail and have a client-oriented approach
  • Familiar with advanced analytics (predictive analytics / machine learning), using tools such as Python or R, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview)
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and technologies
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical modelling techniques including classification, linear & logistic regression, XGBoost, Neural Networks, decision trees, random forest, Naïve Bayes and support vector machines.
  • Initial exposure to using generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and deep reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Knowledge / experience or certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Services or Nvidia will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in high performance Computing (HPC) is also seen as an asset.
  • Experience in a client facing role and leading workshops in an autonomous manner; ideally from a consulting/systems integration background
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and clients, showing the capacity to lead projects and teams
  • Strong verbal / written communication & data presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and French or German
