Your next challenge

Under direct supervision of the coordination managers / management team and with the assistance of the administrative team, assist in the EMEA coordination of large Real Estate and Private Equity clients audits, including:

  • Coordinate under supervision the acceptance and continuance procedures, KYC documentation.
  • Audit planning meeting coordinator (agreeing on dates / managing the unforeseen events and proposing valid planning solutions);
  • Coordinate the centralization of the requests from local component audits with regards to : audit queries, fees approval, overruns;
  • Coordinate the dashboard of audit status (key timings, status of the work)
  • Opening, closing and update of WBS
  • Liaise with National office to agree upon an EQCR allocation and oversee the timing of the reviews
  • Coordinate under supervision the billing process and receivables collection

Your skills

  • Be fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree
  • Be pro-active and dynamic
  • Audit experience is an asset
