Deloitte Luxembourg’s Voice of Client program aims at measuring client experience through a comprehensive feedback model in order to recommend adequate actions to the Firm’s Leadership. Coordinated by the Quality & Excellence Team, this program spans across service lines (audit, tax and consulting) in collaboration with several departments (Marketing & Communications, Clients & Industries, Innovation, Human Resources, etc.)

We are currently looking for a Brand and Client Experience Officer to strengthen our team.

 

Your next challenge

 

This position offers a variety of missions:

• Participating in our program’s implementation over a selection of Deloitte Luxembourg’s major clients
• Supporting the design and deployment of satisfaction assessment surveys about internal and external services
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify strengths and potential areas of improvements
• Promoting the Corporate Quality culture through internal communications (e.g., trainings and events planning, short articles)
• Proposing continuous improvements for our processes and deliverables
• Sharing team tasks and responsibilities (trend analyses, KPIs, overview files)

Your skills

 

• You are a Graduate with a Master’s degree in Business, Management or similar discipline
• Your values fit ours: search for excellence - commitment - close collaboration - curiosity
• You are familiar with the need for trust, confidentiality and discretion with all stakeholders
• You show excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a high attention to details
• You are able to learn quickly and work in a team environment as well as autonomously
• You master Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with best-in-class deliverables
• You are fluent in English and French, both oral and written
