How you’ll contribute to our success
- Understand & frame business challenges: Work with business stakeholders (e.g., in FSI or EU/public sector) to understand their priorities and pain points.
- Gather & structure requirements: Collect, organise and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for both business and delivery teams.
- Work with data: analyse data, validate rule based requirements, identify quality issues and propose solutions
- Drive decision through insights: Support the interpretation of reports, dashboards and analyses, and help turn data into clear, actionable messages for decision‑makers.
- Support delivery & change: coordinate activities across workstreams, support UAT, contribute to stakeholder communication, ensure that solutions are adopted by users.
- Learn & grow across roles: Collaborate across business functions and share knowledge, methods and lessons learned with the wider team.
Your skills
Core requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data/Information Systems or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business and data analysis, project management, risk/compliance, operations or similar roles.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML or equivalent)
- Knowledge of basic SQL or ability in querying or manipulating data
- AI literate: familiar with AI concepts and experience in using AI tools in business context and settings.
Additionally Valued
- First experience or strong interest in Financial Services (FSI) or EU/public sector environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (user stories, sprints, backlog)
- Exposure to process optimization and/or technology / data driven initiatives.
- Familiarity with business intelligence / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) from a business/user perspective.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, warehousing, data quality, dashboarding, KPIs, metrics, simple queries) or experience working with technical teams.
- Any relevant certification (business analysis, project management, data / cloud fundamentals).
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and on cross‑functional initiatives.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) or any other languages
