Your contribution to our success

Here's how you’ll make a difference in this role: 

1. Analyze new requirements** and suggest improvements to optimize existing tools. 

2. Design and refine user stories, collaborating with stakeholders and agile development teams. 

3. Propose innovative methods and processes to streamline analysis and enhance project outcomes. 

4. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment. 

5. Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Digital Factory’s methodologies. 

Your skills

We are looking for candidates with: 

1. At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with expertise in working in agile teams. 

2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to transform requirements into actionable strategies. 

3. Strong communication abilities, ensuring seamless interaction between stakeholders and technical teams. 

4. Familiarity with tools, methods, and frameworks for software improvement and process enhancement. 

5. A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
