The Tax Digital Factory is a newly create entity within The Tax Department composed of Tax , Digital and IT professionals. The mission of the Tax Digital Factory is to organize, streamline and promote the digital transformation of the department trough diverse activities such as innovation labs,  training, coaching and end-to-end digital project management.


The Product Owner will be working in the Tax Department, working alongside the three Pillars – Operations efficiency, Customer Experience and Innovation, to set up and improve organisation and the correct application of methodologies, coach the digital team and assist in managing projects. Using the Agile methodology and having a customer-centric approach, the Product Owner will help develop both client-facing and internal projects.

Your next challenge


  • Lead the Agile teams
  • Defining the goals and create a vision for the development of the project
  • Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
  • Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development and find solutions to any potential blockers
  • Prioritize needs – juggling constantly between scope, resources (financial, human etc.) and time
  • Oversee development Stages
  • Understand and anticipate Client’s needs
  • Act as primary link and communicator between the stakeholders and the team
  • Evaluat product progress at various points throughout the development process

Your skills


  • Hold a degree MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field and a previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3 years
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Dinstinguish youself by outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are a areative thinker with a vision
  • Able to pay attention to details
