To support our growth, we are recruiting a Consultant specialized in business analysis and change management for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). The CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams in order to elicit, analyse, test, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes and technology solutions.

 

As part of this team, you will be liaising with business, IT and development teams.

 

Your next challenge

 

  • Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders across our Financial operational and IT teams to gather, challenge, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for the development team.

  • Assist with the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects related to business process improvement, against a predetermined project plan.

  • Provide project support and participate in problem solving as necessary.

  • Understand existing organization, operational workflows, systems and tasks.

  • Anticipate the regulations and understand the Luxembourg Law in order to advise your internal clients and be a creative force.

  • Contribute to the improvement of change management processes in the organization; Integrate change management activities into project plans.

 

Your skills

 

  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills

  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.

  • Have at least three year of professional experience in a similar role (business and/or digital transformation analysis).

  • Knowledge of the fund industry is a plus.

  • You are autonomous, proactive and pragmatic with a hands-on approach to problem solving.

  • Able to work in a large program with complex processes and inter-dependencies.

  • Are fluent in English (other languages are considered an asset).

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

  • At ease with MS Office tools (i.e., Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio), data visualization tools are an advantage (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau).
