Business Analyst for our Project Optimisation team - Fund Industry (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

As global leader in providing services to the investment management industry, Deloitte is deeply committed to the digital transformation of its services to stay at the forefront of financial innovations. Our latest solutions for asset managers combine our deep knowledge of optimized operating models with the use of innovative technologies such as web-based regulatory intelligence platforms and fund data and document management solutions. We are now seeking to recruit a consultant specialised in project implementation and business analysis for our Project, Process and Organisation team (PPO team) within our Financial Industry Solutions department.

The PPO team plays a key role in the implementation of our digital strategy to support Investment Fund Distribution. Its mission is multiple:

  • Develop innovative and technology based solutions for asset managers
  • Actively participate to Deloitte’s ESG initiatives
  • Work hand in hand with our financial experts to setup target operating models to support our services
  • Coach and support clients or internal business teams in their business transformation

Your next challenge

  • Understand business change needs and assess the business impact of those changes
  • Assit clients and operational teams in formalizing business requirements/ document requirements
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the selected technical and organisational solutions with relevant stakeholders across various functional organisations and identify action plans to help drive improvements, solutions,  and system integrations
  • Use standard project management tools such as project charters, business cases, resource allocations and planning
  • Help clients to face digital transformations
  • Understand existing organization, operational workflows, systems and tasks
  • Anticipate the regulations and understand the Luxembourg Law in order to advise your internal clients and be a creative force

Your skills

 

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Have at least one year of professional experience in a similar role (business and/or digital transformation analysis).
  • A previous experience within the Funds Industry is a strong asset
  • Are fluent in English (other languages such as French, German or Italian would be an asset)
  • Are at ease with Ms Office tools (Ms Excel, Ms Access, Ms Powerpoint)
  • Are autonomous, proactive and pragmatic with a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in a concise and persuasive manner
