Your skills

Must have
⦁    Diploma: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
⦁    Experience: Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role, preferably aligned with TOGAF or          comparable frameworks.
⦁    Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics in clear, business-friendly language.
⦁    IT skills: Solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and tools (e.g., business capability modelling, process modelling, roadmapping).
⦁    Languages: Excellent command of English; any additional language (e.g., French or German) is considered an asset.
Nice to have
⦁    Diploma/Certification: TOGAF or other relevant architecture/enterprise design certifications.
⦁    Experience: Background in large-scale transformation, portfolio management, or operating model design in complex organizations.
⦁    IT skills: Experience with enterprise architecture or business architecture tooling (e.g., Sparx EA, Aris, LeanIX, or similar).
⦁    Strategic, value‑driven, and client‑centric mindset
⦁    Strong facilitation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
⦁    Ability to influence, align, and drive change across organisational boundaries
⦁    Solid understanding of how technology enables business capabilities and operating models
