Business Development apprentice for our Audit & Assurance Growth team

Our Audit & Assurance (A&A) Growth Team plays a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing initiatives that empower our  Leaders to achieve their strategic and business objectives.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an apprentice/work-study trainee for September 2025, present at the office at least 4 days per week, or 3 full weeks per months. 

Your next challenge

Support the Clients & Industries team in their daily activities, by assisting the Audit and Assurance team in their Go-To-Market strategy:

• Identify new business opportunities and key players in the Luxembourg market by conducting research using appropriate marketing tools (internal database, social media, web analytics, etc.) and follow a targeting approach

• Monitor business development using various internal tools to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Assist in preparing client proposals, ensuring they are tailored to meet client needs and showcase our value proposition 

• Participate in ad-hoc projects that support the broader goals of the Audit & Assurance Growth team

Your skills

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, data management or a related field.

• Previous experience in a big four/consulting firm would be an asset.

• Proactive, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow.

• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded, and attention to detail.

• Ability to interact and connect with various stakeholders.

• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and German are an asset)
