The CTO Office Technical Advisor works closely with the CTO to accelerate the organization’s technical maturity and innovation, with a strong focus on fostering collaboration across multiple teams. The role supports the CTO in analyzing technical solutions, monitoring emerging technologies, unblocking technical challenges, and shaping the technology roadmap. Special attention is given to advancing the company’s capabilities in cybersecurity, cloud, Kubernetes and containers, software quality, secure software lifecycle, and DevOps.

How you'll contribute to our success

• Build and maintain strong cross‑team collaboration with engineering, security, DevOps, QA and product teams to ensure alignment and collective progress on technical initiatives.
• Evaluate complex technical issues, provide actionable solutions and act as a technical troubleshooter to unblock teams in secure software development and operational workflows.
• Contribute to the design and recommendation of robust, secure and scalable technical architectures, particularly in cloud and containerized environments, leveraging solid solution architecture foundations.
• Continuously monitor advancements in cybersecurity, cloud, Kubernetes, containerization and DevOps, anticipate trends and feed insights into technology roadmap development for secure software lifecycle management and quality assurance.
• Provide expert advisory support to the CTO and teams on technology choices and roadmaps, clearly communicating complex technical concepts and architectural recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Your skills

Must have

• Proven experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindset.
• Experience in technical architecture, particularly in cloud, security, containerization and DevOps environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, cybersecurity or DevOps (e.g. AWS, Azure, CISSP, CKA).
• Experience supporting senior technology leaders or CTOs.
• Fluency in French.
