Your next challenge

 

  • Supporting the delivery of Organization-wide transformation and Technology implementation projects for large scale multinationals via dedicated support in the area of change management and communication to increase adoption of changes across the organization, or the delivery of specialist HR projects in a particular focus area (e.g. talent, performance, recruitment, learning, rewards) 
  • Engaging with senior leadership in our clients’ organizations and working closely with the team to provide expert advice on measures and tactics to deploy and deal with people related challenges inherent to the change journey as part of the wider transformation efforts.
  • Working with cross-functional and cross-country project teams to prepare client recommendations utilising a combination of industry knowledge, specific change management and communication methods and tools and enabling technology 
  • Owning the development and delivery of specific work packages and leading work streams of activity within client engagements 
  • Carrying out research, data collection and analysis, applying rigorous logic to deliver insight to clients  
  • Supporting business development by contributing to proposals and bids, maintaining client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and leading bid teams and practice growth to develop new and innovative approaches for Change management and communication 
  • Acting as a coach and advisor to junior team members both within client engagements and within practice development and bid activity

Your skills

 

  • A Master degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communication, Human Resources or a related area
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting environment or in a project based organization, with a focus on Change Management and Communication as part of wide Organization transformations/Technology implementations and experience in managing client expectations and relationships 
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital and people-related issues and challenges, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Change Management and Communication, Organization Design, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services or a specialist HR area (e.g. talent, performance, recruitment, learning, rewards) 
  • Experience in delivering change management programs for wide technology implementations (e.g. Salesforce, SAP S/4 Hana etc.) to support change adoption; system knowledge (Salesforce, SAP S/4 Hana) is considered a plus
  • Ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in high pressured, time critical situations  
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to build client and internal networks based on credibility and trust 
  • High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Fluency in French and English (knowledge of German being considered an asset)  
  • Willingness to travel internationally
