Change Manager - ITIL Process Specialist (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

Our Internal IT department creates the technological environment and supports Deloitte employees to have rapid and secure access to information tools on a daily basis; leveraging  efficient and powerful tools as well as emergent technologies. The cyber security team is tasked with the protection of our IT assets and data.

Your next challenge

• Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
• Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change.
• Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
• Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
• Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
• Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
• Building with the other process manager a good working environment to support Deloitte’s business
• Helping the other process manager with ITIL process to ensure the coherence of the IT organisation

Your skills

• 4-5 years of relevant IT Change Manager experience ideally in a large company.
• Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
• Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Good listening and communications skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Project management and planning skills.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Able to cope with pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Team player & able to collaborate with others.
• Good knowledge of ITIL V4 process and how to implement them
