In today’s digital environment, we intensify our collaboration with our clients and 3rd parties through a digital platform. Our Digital platform support team is crucial part of our client journey and the team is coordinating the client onboarding process and is monitoring the ongoing performance.

As a Client Relationship Administrator for our Digital Platform, you will be part of the Digital platform support team and will work together with other cross-functional tax teams, IT development team and client teams. The main mission of our team is to ensure an excellent client experience on our platform, to initiate and lead performance improvement projects, and to test and roll-out new developments.

 

Your next challenge:

 

  • Be involved in a number of client assignments: you will collect and coordinate client onboarding
  • Assist your team in preparing and reviewing process documents and training documents
  • Provide support in terms of planning, organizing and logistics of our administration (organization of internal and external meetings, timeline follow-up of the engagement, day-to-day management of permanent file, archiving process, etc.)
  • Be the key contact person for some of the client teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected or given and be responsible for the quality of the administrative work that is done for the account
  • Daily maintenance of our client data on the platform.

 

Your skills:

 

  • Bachelor degree in administrative support, data or project management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with teams in a Tax environment
  • Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders
  • Organisation and rigor, ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well as being autonomous with a sense of initiative
  • Fluency in English, any other European language being an asset
