Client and Brand Experience Trainee (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team:

Our Quality & Excellence team is responsible for executing the Deloitte Luxembourg’s Voice of Client program, which monitors client experience across service lines (audit, tax and consulting) and recommends appropriate actions to the Firm’s Leadership. We collaborate with various departments (Marketing & Communications, Clients & Industries, Innovation, Human Resources, etc.) and support the Firm’s quality culture through internal performance assessments and communications.

We are currently seeking an Intern to join our team from mid-January 2025, aiming to make a constructive impact.

What will you do:

This position offers a variety of missions including:

• Support the firm’s Voice of Clients Program: prepare client information, analyze client feedback
• Assist with our talent and client experience surveys: participate in preparation and reportings
• Engage in our internal communication activities (short articles, training sessions and events planning)
• Monitor the progress of various programs (KPIs, overview files)

The recruitment process includes a one-hour business case (short analysis report and presentation, no specific preparation needed).

What about you:

• You are enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and in French (mandatory)
• You are able to build trust-based business relationships and maintain strict confidentiality (mandatory)
• You have strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail (mandatory)
• You have advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is considered an asset.
