Climate & Sustainability - Technology Consultant / Senior Consultant

As digital transformation plays a crucial role in achieving sustainability goals, we are looking for a Climate & Sustainability Technology Consultant, who will work along our experts to make a positive impact for our clients, our people, and our planet.

What will you do :

• Participate in our clients’ strategic transformation journey, especially by implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to achieve more sustainable practices
• Perform market research, develop frameworks and methodologies, and build data insights related to climate and sustainability technologies
• Support clients with the selection and implementation of solutions, particularly related to ESG topics
• Contribute to the development of key alliances and partnerships with solution providers
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with Deloitte global network
• Benefit from the expertise and experience of recognized industry experts
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (e.g., developers, UX/UI designers, business teams, vendors)
• Contribute to the development of a specialized team, focusing on knowledge development and sharing, as well as coaching and mentoring junior team members

What about you :

• Master’s degree in Computer or Data Science, Climate or Environmental Science
• From 2 to 5 years of experience with ESG Management and Reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and European sustainability regulatory landscape is a plus (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud or Sustainability 360), SAP Sustainability Control Tower, or EHS solutions will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, software platforms development, and digital transformation
• Solid analytical, problem-solving & communication skills with versatile mindset
• Knowledge of Agile delivery (including methods such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English & French. German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
