Cloud Transformation Manager - Job based in Luxembourg (m/f)

- Managing the delivery of large cloud implementation projects
- Developing and maintaining contact with top IT decision makers; organizing and leading pursuit teams; participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process; contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies
- Providing technical and architectural leadership on various Fintechs and Cloud enterprise applications. Working with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, high level, conceptual designs
- Managing and mentoring multiple junior consultants in delivering Digital and Cloud Transformation projects
- Evaluating implications of cloud strategical decisions, technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements to business and IT Leadership
- Anticipating barriers to change and creating opportunities to remove them
- Have 5-7 years’ experience in large transformation programs with a strong ability to understand business challenges and define fit-for-purpose solutions
- Have delivered at least one Digital or Cloud Transformation program and led teams that designed architecture frameworks and supporting capabilities
- Have strong knowledge of architecture frameworks & standards, and Agile methodologies
- Show strong leadership and excellent communication skills to be able to build strong team and client relationships as well as effectively pitch design concepts and articulate design decisions
- Have a Master’s degree in the relevant field
- Are fluent in English and French
- Are passionate about everything that is about Technology
