Compliance Senior Officer for our Independence Team (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Our National Quality Risk and Security department is currently looking for a Senior Officer to join its Independence Team.
The role involves providing support to the Compliance Manager as regards compliance matters, understanding independence rules, as well as handling conflicts of interest matters.


Your next challenge


• Handle conflicts of interest matters
• Understand and apply conflict and independence rules
• Undertake compliance processes
• Draft internal correspondence aimed at growing awareness of the employees compliance rules
• Provide compliance support to the Compliance Manager
• Participate in various compliance related projects, as needed

Your skills


• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related discipline
• Demonstrate 3/4 years of relevant work experience preferably in business, finance or accounting
• Able to make sound judgments on key issues and accurately identify risks
• Manage priorities and deadlines as well autonomous with a sense of initiative
• Be familiar with the need for confidentiality and discretion
• Speak French fluently, with proficient level of English or vice versa
• Demonstrate strong IT Technical competencies (Excel, PowerPoint …)
