Creative Lead (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Creative Lead with a strong foundation in design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and creatives. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative output, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and meets the high standards of quality that we strive for.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Design Excellence: Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality, align with brand guidelines, and meet project objectives. This includes graphic design, web design, product design, and any other creative materials.
• Project Management: Oversee the creative process from conception to completion. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Encourage and implement innovative design concepts and methods to enhance the creative output.
• Client Interaction: When necessary, present and articulate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to creative work.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department. Prior experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media and platforms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional creative vision, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
