As the Creative and Content Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our marketing communications efforts. You will:

  • Build and guide a high-performing Creative and Content team, driving high-quality results, ensuring seamless collaboration, high-quality production, and timely delivery.
  • Align creative and content strategies with marketing goals that directly impact Deloitte’s brand equity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate our expertise in innovative and engaging ways.
  • Drive the successful execution of campaigns that meet project timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • Foster innovation to propel Deloitte’s branding and creative output to new heights and set us apart.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor the Creative (design, video) and Content (writers, copyeditors) teams, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high performance. Align team outputs with overarching marketing goals, provide guidance and coaching, and ensure resource allocation and workload balance to sustain productivity.

 

  • Creative and Content Production: Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral such as campaigns, brand storytelling, internal communications, and client-facing materials. Ensure cohesive brand messaging, impactful visual design, and editorial excellence across all projects. Build scalable workflows and processes that enable efficiency without compromising creativity.

 

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for collaboration with internal marketing strategists, functional team leads, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between content strategies and organizational objectives. Provide strategic counsel on messaging, branding, and creative approaches to exceed stakeholder expectations.

 

  • Innovation and Trendspotting: Stay updated on industry trends, creative technologies, and content innovations to keep marketing efforts competitive. Leverage data-driven insights with a test-and-learn approach to optimize outcomes and maintain a forward-thinking creative strategy.

Your Skills

 

Required skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in creative/content management roles, preferably in advertising agencies or in-house teams at large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and handle client/partner relationships, with measurable success.
  • Exceptional skills in multi-disciplinary team leadership, project management, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Fluency in English language.

 

Preferred Skills (not required, but nice to have)

While these skills are not mandatory, they can be an added advantage for the role:

 

  • Experience working on B2B marketing projects for financial services organization, including other Big 4s
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing and content performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in AI tools for content generation, creative design, or campaign automation.
