Cross-border Fund Registration Manager

Your future team

Our Distribution, Advisory and Support Team serves the investment fund industry and supports our clients in the distribution of their funds across the world by providing operational assistance, technical expertise and project coordination. 

We are currently looking to expand our team and are in search of a motivated and dynamic manager in our cross-border fund registration team.

Your next challenge   

• Managing a client portfolio consisting of global asset managers, investment funds and fund management companies
• Apply your knowledge of the local rules and challenges related to the distribution and the marketing of investment funds (mutual and alternative funds) on a cross border basis
• Supervision and management of a multi-cultural team responsible for cross-border operations worldwide
• Product development and service efficiency and quality improvements: contribute to the continuous development of our range of services and internal projects
• Go to Market: be involved in commercial aspects and become an ambassador of our expertise within the Investment Management industry.

Your skills

• Hold at least a Bachelor degree (a Master degree will be considered as an asset) in law, finance or information technology
• demonstrate strong knowledge of EU and/or global regulations on investment fund distribution and the asset management industry as a whole
• Have proven experience in managing & coaching people
• Have proven experience in project management
• Are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages like French, German, Chinese will be considered as an asset
• Are flexible, efficient in organising workload and able to set priorities
• Are a proactive, reliable and rigorous person with a high attention to detail
