At Deloitte Luxembourg, we provide professional services to EU Institutions by bringing empathy, deep insights and experience into their digital journey.

Within our practice, a specific team with deep EU sector expertise is fusing cyber, tech and consulting skills to help the EU Institutions get to their next journey, fast. We're looking for practitioners from a cyber, tech or consulting background who can show our clients what’s next, then work with our cross-discipline team to make it happen.

 
 
Your next challenge
 
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team to deliver pragmatic, results-oriented and relevant outcomes to our clients on their transformation journey (cloud, cyber, digital trust, IoT, remote work, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Connect with our network of independent experts, European officials, researchers to understand the EU-level landscape on digital transformation, cyber resilience, and data protection.
  • Carry out studies on the latest market trends in the tech service sourcing strategies (e.g. managed services), assist in tech service design, and provide relevant insights and recommendations to the clients along the transformation journey.
  • Develop a strong network of EU officials, government stakeholders and experts in the Member States in the fields of the Connecting Europe Facility, eGovernment, interoperability solutions, information sharing, international cooperation, etc.
 
Your skills
 
  • Hold a Degree related to any of the following: Cyber, IT law, Data protection/privacy, European studies, Security studies, International relations, Risk/crisis management or other relevant disciplines.
  • Have a genuine interest in the European Institutions and want to take part in their digital transformation journey.
  • Demonstrate conceptual understanding of one or more of the following domains: cyber security, privacy and data protection, EU policy and law, cyber regulations, cloud, emerging technology, digital trust, etc.
  • Knowledge of the cyber, risk and regulatory frameworks would be considered as an asset: ISO 27001, ISO 22301, EU Directive for Network and Information Security (NIS), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Commission Decision 2017/46, etc.
  • Experience in any of the following is an asset: market studies, gap assessments, report writing, or vendor evaluations.
  • Have 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Having relevant certifications would be considered as an asset.
  • Have strong lateral and vertical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be fluent in English, knowledge of French / German is an asset.
