Senior Manager - Information security - CISO Office / NQRS (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

The CISO office teams, consisting of a cybersecurity team and an information security team,  are tasked with the protection of our information processing facilities and assets

Your next challenge

• Help manage the information security team in the CISO office.
• Lead the annual ISO 27001 and 22301 certification efforts.
• Conduct risk analysis activities and track risk treatment plans; supervise execution of plans, execute plans when applicable.
• Participate in the Deloitte group and local information security program activities; increase maturity levels for information security activities and process.
• Support the different IT teams in working securely.
• Support audit activities and other IT security compliance activities as auditee.
• Be capable of taking on any ' BAU" security activity of any of the CISO office team members.
• Deliver information security support to the business lines.
• Start up SOC2/ISAE 3402 compliance activities.

Your skills

•  At least 7 years of relevant information security experience involving ISMS and BCMS implementation, management and audit.
• In depth knowledge of ISO22301 and 27001 and associated standards and good practice (ITIL, ISF, Agile …).
• Prior involvement and presence as auditee ISO27001 and 22301 audits.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non technical staff.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to clearly explain and summarize ideas.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, French or German will be considered an asset.
• Certification(s) including but not limited to (CISA, CISM , CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CEH, ITIL).
