Data Management - Senior Consultant / Manager

Join our Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) team and be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for our clients. As a Data Management Senior Consultant / Manager in our AI&D team, you help companies to perform better by making smart use of the large amounts of data they have. Based on your expertise and past experiences, you will advise clients on the whole data value chain, identify new opportunities and develop services.

What you will do:

• Work with clients to support the development of structured data management strategies to foster an understanding of their business challenges in the light of bespoke data management solutions
• Be curious, research and explore new techniques in data, stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and transform this into solutions that can serve our clients
• Participate in the design and implementation of data management solutions considering both theoretical and practical aspects of the possible approaches under a variety of technical, business and time constraints
• Collaborate with the team to secure a transition from the strategic phase of projects into delivery
• Keep your functional and technical skills up-to-date and share your knowledge with the broader team to facilitate their professional growth
• Communicate the outcomes of your analyses, recommendations, and insights to various audiences, from Top Management to technical teams, within the firm and at our clients
• Support AI&D practice development & eminence in developing go-to-market offerings, proposals and assets
• Lead project teams: managing project teams’ on a day-to-day basis, completing project planning and budgeting, defining deliverable structure and content, ensuring quality delivery of work products, managing engagement economics, as well as engagement risk
• Perform stakeholder management at all levels to ensure a strong alignment
• Perform the role of people leader and coach in mentoring, growing and inspiring our team members

What about you:

• Minimum 4 years of proven and relevant data management experience with business applications
• A Master's degree, preferably in Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Proven experience in analytics project management and in customer account management
• Comfortable with client facing duties, ability to trigger business opportunities through creative workshops
• A proven record in managing multidisciplinary teams and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
• Knowledge of and a proven experience with business intelligence tools, data management best practices and data governance frameworks
• Proven experience with delivery centers and operating models (desirable)
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, etc.)
• Knowledge / experiences or certifications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Services will be considered as a plus
• Experience with programming (languages such as SQL, SAS, Python and R) is also considered a plus
• Fluency in English. French, German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
