Your next challenge

• Assist the multiple business teams in the on-boarding of their clients on our platform
• Help the business teams in making an efficient use of our digital tools
• Prepare, adapt, update the various operational documents to remain up to date with a fast growing set of functionalities
• Be part of the fast evolving development cycles contributing to the growth of our portfolio of digital applications
• Report and contribute to technical problems by centralizing, examine and documenting these issues
• Improve the application performance and maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting software defects
• Provide assistance and be able to trouble shoot issues and challenges faced by the end users of our digital applications
• Execute and deeply understand the data management processes in the platform such as account management (opening, sanity checks, reconciliation, …), data import, set up and configuration of required data for a business team to be able to start managing their projects on the platform, …
• Prepare and execute some Quality Assurance testing and coordination of deployment
• Get prepared for a potential evolution towards business analyst

Your skills

• At least a 3 year degree in Information Technologies
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a position related to business analyst, quality assurance, application ownership and maintenance, or any position involved in software development
• Intermediary level in SQL is required
• Some knowledge in HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Experience in a AGILE/SCRUM environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of JIRA/CONFUENCE is an advantage
• Strong team spirit, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn from colleagues
• Capable to quickly demonstrate a high level of autonomy and multitasking
• Fast, self learner and curious about systems, their use and the way they are built and operated
• Recognized for excellent analytical, reverse engineering, and trouble shooting skills
• Results, details, and quality oriented mindset
• Client service excellence is your driver
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
