These events take place every month, giving you regular opportunities to join us and learn more about a career in Audit.
What is the Audit Recruitment Day?
It’s a one-day, in-person event where you will:
- Discover Deloitte and our Audit practice
Get an insider’s view of how we work across our main industries and clients. - Step into the auditor’s role
Take part in a short simulation exercise and tackle a practical audit case in an interactive and supportive environment. - Meet our team over an informal lunch
Ask all your questions, hear personal stories about career paths, and get a real feel for our culture. - Attend interviews in the afternoon
Showcase your skills, motivation and potential and let us get to know you.
By the end of the day, you’ll know exactly where you stand: you’ll receive clear feedback and may walk away with an offer !
Program
Our Audit Recruitment Day is a full on‑site experience from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
9:30 – 10:00 AM | Welcome
Arrival at our Luxembourg office, registration and informal welcome. Meet the team and other participants.
10:00 – 10:30 AM | Company presentation
Introduction to Deloitte Luxembourg and our Audit practice: who we are, what we do, and how you can grow with us.
10:30 – 12:00 PM | Audit simulation exercise
Step into the shoes of an auditor through a practical case. Work in small groups, guided by our professionals, and discover what audit looks like in real life.
12:00 – 1:00 PM | Informal lunch with the junior team
Enjoy a relaxed lunch with our junior auditors. Ask your questions, hear about their day‑to‑day work and career paths, and get a feel for our culture.
1:00 – 4:00 PM | Interviews
Take part in individual interviews for junior audit opportunities. This is your chance to present your skills, motivation and preferred industries.
4:00 – 5:00 PM | Feedback & next steps
Receive clear feedback on your interviews and learn about the next steps in the process. You’ll leave with a concrete view of where you stand and potentially with an offer.
