Your next challenge

• Being responsible for the implementation of a ERP-based transformation project
• Defining, establishing and running ERP projects successfully while managing all aspects of the project management (team, planning, delivery, scope, finances, changes, contracts, risk & quality, etc.) 
• Solving project risk & issues related to the project implementation
• Contributing to the overall Enterprise Application strategy for our practice in Luxembourg
• Providing advice and implementation support to the other Consulting teams that might interact with ERP technologies and setting synergy targets 
• Supporting the development of new business opportunities and improve our ERP solution offerings 
• Being part of an international team of multidisciplinary ERP consultants and coach junior colleagues in their careers

Your skills

• Hold a University degree 
• Have 1 to 3 years of ERP Transformation project management experience, ideally on SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics platforms in some of following fields:
  • Get solid experience in finance, logistics, HR and/or sales transformation
  • Drive the ERP Transformation project delivery
  • Provide planning, counselling and facilitation services to project teams in order to ensure that projects are completed on time and the objectives are successfully met
  • Play an active role in the project meetings held for the project: preparing presentations and communications; monitoring and animating meetings; taking minutes and making sure the information is properly passed to all stakeholders; 
  • Report regularly to leadership/stakeholders on all projects progress falling under the project scope 
  • Organize the project governance and assign related activities/tasks to the project team, including handling suppliers contracts, invoicing, time sheets, travel expenses, budget, quality & risk and change management
• Possess experience with relevant ERP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate, etc.) and are certified in project management frameworks (PMI, Prince 2, ITIL, etc.) 
• Are eager to learn and implement the newest ERP technology (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Robot per Automation)
• Have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
• Are willing to work in an international environment and work abroad if needed
• Are fluent in English and French. Any other languages is a plus
