ERP Transformation Consultant

What will you do :

• Be responsible for the implementation of ERP-based transformation projects
• Plan, design and execute of ERP projects, coordinating all aspects of project management (team, planning, implementation, scope, finance, changes, contracts, risk & quality, etc.)
• Solution development of project risks and problems in connection with the project implementation
• Provide consulting and implementation support and establish synergy goals within other consulting teams that may interact with ERP technologies
• Support the development of new business opportunities and enhancing our ERP solution offerings
• Be part of an international team with multidisciplinary ERP consultants and mentor junior colleagues in their careers

What about you :

• Successfully completed a bachelor degree
• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP transformation project management, ideally on SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics platforms
• Experience with relevant ERP implementation methods (ASAP, Activate, etc.) as well as certification in project management frameworks (PMI, Prince 2, ITIL, etc.)
• High enthusiasm to learn and implement new ERP technology (such as SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Leonardo, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Robot per Automation)
• You have intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
• You are willing to work in an international environment and abroad if required
• Business fluent in English. French or German is a plus
