How you’ll contribute to our success 

• Lead high-impact initiatives from early ideation to delivery: impact assessment, solution design, architecture reviews and coaching of project teams
• Champion Business & Enterprise Architecture practices, helping stakeholders connect business strategy, operating model and IT solutions
• Bridge business and IT: collaborate with business leaders, product owners and technical experts to co-create target architectures and roadmaps
• Model the enterprise: map business capabilities, processes, data flows, applications and technology assets
• Design best-of-breed solutions across all service lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards
• Produce architecture assets: Architecture Definition Documents, solution catalog, reference architectures and IT landscape views
• Support our innovation journey: Cloud, Data Management, BI,  AI and digitalization

Your skills 

• 5+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, or 10+ years in IT with solid architecture experience
• Strong understanding of Business Architecture (capabilities, value streams, operating models) and architecture layers (Business, Data, Application, Technology)
• Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent) is a plus
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging from operational teams to executives
• Curious, fast learner, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Fluent in French and English
