Your contribution to our success
- Providing tax accounting services to our corporate clients operating in the commercial, industrial, real estate, private equity and fund sectors. These services include the preparation of stand-alone as well as consolidated current tax and deferred tax calculations and effective tax rate reconciliations, preparation of return-to-provision calculations, evaluating the tax accounting implications related to the conversion of Luxembourg Gaap accounts to IFRS/US Gaap accounts and assistance in relation to uncertain tax positions (IFRIC 23/ASC740-10)
- Providing guidance and assistance to clients in relation to the EU Pillar Two directive and the Luxembourg legislation implementing Pillar Two, including Pillar Two provisioning and compliance
- Supporting our audit teams with tax reviews in the context of IFRS/US Gaap consolidated accounts
- Leading client meetings and trainings organized by our Group
- Building productive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, across a broad network, based on mutual respect
- Developing the junior employees' talent by giving them technical support, delegating to them tax issues and by supervising the tax accounting calculations they prepare.
Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting
- Demonstrate 2-5 years of experience in Tax Accounting in a big four or corporate headquarter firm
- Display proven knowledge in tax accounting under IFRS or US Gaap. Basic knowledge of the Pillar Two rules (OECD model rules and/or EU Directive). Knowledge of Luxembourg Gaap is considered as a plus
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of tax softwares, such as Orbitax, Longview, Tagetik, etc. is considered as a plus.
- Speak English fluently. French and/or German would be considered an asset
