Our purpose is to assist CFOs and their teams in their transformation journey by providing strategic, functional and technical expertise. We help companies setting up and optimizing their finance department, so CFOs can provide insightful management information while ensuring regulatory compliance in the most efficient way.

In particular, we provide customised support around Strategic Business Planning, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial reporting (incl. ESG), Treasury & Cash management, Finance Operating Models, Process optimization, Finance function digitalization, as well as Financial closing and consolidation.
Our clients are active in various sectors : Banking, Asset Management, Asset and corporate servicing, FinTech, Transportation, Construction, Energy, Metals and Mining, etc. in Luxembourg or abroad.

Your next challenge

• Delivering projects to help our clients addressing their most pressing and/or complex challenges
• Interacting with C-level executives from various sectors (CFO, CEO and other executive committee members)
• Accessing a fast paced learning environment with ongoing opportunities to self-develop and coach team members
• Joining the Financial Advisory market leader in Luxembourg, closely collaborating with other departments of the firm to best deliver qualitative services to our clients
• Participating to our practice development through personal investment in own training, new service offer design, preparation of commercial proposals to our prospects & clients, support internal and external promotion of our value proposition

Your skills

• Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Consulting, Audit, Controlling or Corporate Finance areas
• Prior experience in FP&A, Financial Control, Financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, Financial closing and consolidation, treasury and cash management, system implementation, or project management would be considered an advantage
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to new or changing situations
• Strong team spirit and ability to work efficiently in a team set-up
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Business fluency in English and French. German fluency would be a strong asset.
