Our audit billing and financial team assists our Managers and Partners to coordinate financial aspects of project work by applying firm policies and process and ensuring that business priorities are maximized.
We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant for Audit Billing and Financial team.

How you'll contribute to our success
- Act as the main point of contact for your team, providing clear guidance to Partners and Managers on processes while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Handle confidential queries, foster strong relationships with your dedicated Partners and Managers, and maintain trust and professionalism.
- Work closely with Finance teams, especially the dedicated finance Controller, to ensure smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and execute tasks such as project coordination, monthly financial reporting support, and managing the invoicing and receivables processes in line with deadlines and procedures.
- Centralize and monitor procurement requests, from purchase requisition to invoice payment, while creating and maintaining accurate client and project reference listings.
Your skills
- Hold a university or bachelor's degree in an administrative and financial/accounting-related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial roles.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and attention to details mindset.
- Exhibit a customer-focused mindset, exceptional social skills, and a consistently professional approach.
- Demonstrate proactive organizational and multitasking abilities, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring strong interpersonal and service-minded qualities, along with the ability to interact with various stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ideally SAP, with fluency in English. French and/or German considered valuable assets.
