Financial Industry Funds Reporting Manager (m/f)

Most of our clients are very well-known management companies and fund administrators with whom we have built a strong relationship over the two last decades. On behalf of them, our team produces the annual and interim financial statements for various type of funds across the globe in different accounting standards. We also assist our clients in the coordination of their operations in relation to the financial statements production, especially on the most recent changes in the industry and most technical aspects.
As a future Manager, you will support the management on the business and talent development of the service, covering the below aspects:
- Lead of a team of 4/5 reporting juniors and seniors
- Coordinate your team with internal and external parties (client and auditor particularly)
- Prepare KPIs and organise debriefing meetings with client after each closing
- Review the financial statements in agreement with their respective GAAP
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the internal production tools and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Recognize opportunities and recommend the adequate improvements
- Onboard new clients looking for delegating their financial statement production
- Hold a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting or investment funds audit
- Have a particularly good command of Word and Excel
- Be fluent in French and English; German being an asset
- Show client minded attitude and ability to meet deadlines
- Possess effective communication skills and able to build strong client relationships
