Our clients are Chief Executives of companies active in various sectors (e.g. Banks, Investment Managers, Asset servicers, Corporates in Services & Industrial sector, etc.), based in Luxembourg or abroad.

We provide customised support around Strategy, Business Planning, Financial Planning and analytical modelling, Treasury & Cash management, Finance Target Operating Models, Finance Transformation & Digitalization, Process Review & Optimization, Project management support, Financial Expertise on various matters, or even operational support.

Your next challenge


  • Understanding and rethinking the Finance strategy and positioning within the enterprise while supporting our clients in designing and implementing their Target Operating Model
  • Supporting CFOs to strengthen their role in the strategic decisions process and increasing control over the financial performance of their companies thanks to enhanced ability to provide decision-making-oriented KPIs, analysis and dashboards
  • Applying knowledge of roles, core functions and typical procedures of the Finance function for supporting development of recommendations to identify, select and deploy the most suitable solutions (quick-wins, process reengineering, tools and organization)
  • Coordinating highly-motivating projects and the development of our engagements portfolio in all key areas of Finance (e.g. Financial Planning & Analytics, transaction processing, Financial reporting, Cash management, Treasury & ALM)
  • Participating to our practice development through personal investment in training and managing juniors of the team, lead new product/service initiatives, own continuous training, preparation of commercial proposals to our prospects & client, support internal and external promotion of our value proposition
  • Performing rigorous research and ensure connection with all Firm’s Subject Matter Experts to identify potential value creating opportunities for our CFO Advisory business and for our client (e.g. capture new trends, best market practices,…)
  • Building trust-based and long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Framing, planning, sharing, coordinating and monitoring action plan. Managing teams and own work against project plan to ensure a better client experience
  • Providing our clients with operational support when needed on FP&A activities, budgeting process, or other Finance activities

Your skills

  • Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering with a specialization in Finance, being a Chartered Financial Analyst (equivalent academic cursus or CFA candidate) would be a strong asset
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Finance, of which 2-3 at least in Project Management, Consulting, Audit or Corporate Finance areas. Previous exposure on agile methodologies and/or Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, Prince 2, CSM,…) would be considered an asset
  • Exposure on FP&A or Financial Control, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and/other Finance areas such as Treasury (or ALM), financial transactions or Financial reporting activities. Good understanding of the usual financial performance indicators (CTI, ROE, EBITDA) and their underlying business drivers
  • Attention to quality and timing, autonomy to adapt own effort and propose more support in a proactive manner. Ability to identify actions needed to achieve objectives (result orientation). Have a strong team spirit, eager to learn, and with a “can-do” attitude, excellent written & verbal communication skills. Prior experience in team management and business development is an asset,
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, presentation techniques and design best practice (ability to illustrate complexity in a smart and structured way)
  • Excellent command of Excel (modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables) and ideally have knowledge and experience in designing relevant and robuts data models for enhancing performance steering. Knowledge of VBA, Python, R, C# or other language is a plus
  • Previous experience in the use and deployment of market-leading Financial Planning & Analytics solutions such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Anaplan, BOARD, Oracle, CCH Tagetik, SAS, Jedox, Workday, etc. considered as a key asset
  • Fluent in English with a good level of French. Any other language would be considered an asset. Internationally mobility (when conditions allow it)
