Fund Industry Consultant with TA experience

Our strategy advisory team is a key player in the Luxembourg market, recognized at the EMEA level. We provide clients with advice on their strategy, operations, processes and systems. We deliver end-to-end solutions including the review of market positioning, business strategy, processes and controls, implementation of governance framework and efficiency optimization programs including the implementation of software packages for asset management industry.

Your next challenge

• Growing your expertise in the industry to advise clients and develop eminence
• Supporting our clients in their major transformation programs
• Assisting our clients with their challenges on process enhancements, target operating models evolution and technology innovations
• Understanding and commenting market trends and evolution to our clients
• Building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities

Your skills

• A Master's Degree in Finance/Economics
• 2-6 years of experience in the fund industry with an exposure to Transfer Agent operations and related projects (e.g. Management Company, Fund Administrators, software vendors etc.)
• Understanding of the investment management value chain and the roles of the different parties
• Knowledge of Transfer Agent operations and operating models
• Experience in business process review and workflow drafting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French or German.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to address issues and solve problems
• Entrepreneurship mind-set with "can-do" attitude
